The rights and conditions for various forms of digital exploitation are becoming increasingly important. This is also shown by a lawsuit by the Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski of Whitcher, whose books were used by CD Project Red as the basis for digital games. After a long dispute, a settlement was reached.
